Lauren Thibault was nominated by her co-worker who says that she has met many extraordinary people while working at Winchester Hospital; none more extraordinary and caring than Lauren. She recently cared for a friend of my family's father. She expertly guided them through the decision making process to make him comfort measures. She eased his suffering and allowed his family to witness a peaceful passing. She knew just what to say and to to make this difficult time bearable.
