We want to thank Lauren Thompson, RN who has been the most outstanding nurse during our stay at GRU. My husband was admitted to the 3 West Neuro ICU on Saturday 8-31-14 in the early morning with a SAH. Lauren has been his nurse for the day shift since this time. She has the most pleasant and professional attitude and has attended to my husbands every need and request. She has also made sure that I was "in the know" on what to expect. Lauren stayed with my husband during his MRI last evening well beyond her regular shift hours as this was a difficult procedure and took longer than expected. She was also so reassuring to him during his angiogram today. Kudos to Lauren and thanks to your great team at GRU.
