A patient stated, "Since I met Lauren, she has demonstrated true patient care and compassion." Lauren sat by this patient's bedside, holding her hand comforting her after surgery and just listening while the patient shared all of the emotions she was feeling. This patient shared that she is a veteran who suffers from PTSD, anxiety and depression and that Lauren made her stay bearable. Lauren was a "God-send" for this patient in her time of need.
