Lauren Watson is an extremely caring and compassionate nurse. The many times I called the office with questions, she was consistently the same sweet person, every time. I had a tough time making some decisions regarding my surgery and she walked me through the process professionally and intelligently. Knowing it was my choice and scheduling promptly to speak with the doctor when necessary. I was a "mess" but sane, when I first received my diagnosis, but Lauren made the experience a lot less full of fear. I knew she cared and that helped! She is Sweet Lauren!
