Lauren Wheeler 2023, RN

Yesterday I had a cath & intervention at Methodist Germantown. I had an excellent outcome. But I wanted to comment on my experience. I've had a few ambulatory surgeries at Germantown, and they've all been great experiences. However, yesterday's experience was outstanding in EVERY way. Same Day Surgery B absolutely rocks! I want to especially give a shout-out to Lauren Wheeler, my nurse. She showed impeccable patience with both my daughter (also a nurse - a picky one) and me. She was kind, skilled, and empathetic. My daughter scrutinizes every aspect of care "like a hawk". And she was absolutely pleased with everything. I cannot imagine a better experience. Thank you so much for creating this wonderful culture. And a special thank you to Nurse Lauren Wheeler.
