During my five-day treatment for a stroke, I was impressed by all the staff at St. Mary’s. Every single person was helpful and treated me as if I were a VIP. There was nothing they would not do to further my recovery. One nurse epitomized what I assume you desire in a caregiver. Lauren is a healing force to be reckoned with. She was encouraging while performing tests of my physical and mental abilities. She always focused on the task at hand, despite the numerous beeps, pings, and flashing lights that were constant distractions. When called to a more critical event, she returned and picked up where she left off. I could cite example after example, but in essence, Lauren is the kind of special person you want on your side when fast decision-making needs to be done or when everyday, but important tasks and monitoring need to be done. She is thorough, and above all, Lauren radiates a caring and loving energy that can only accelerate the healing process. And she has fun doing it.
