Lauren showed us so much kindness and she truly cared about giving the best care for my 86-year-old mom. After a bad fall, my mom had a broken femur and wrist. I had so many questions but Lauren was patient. I went to the nurses' station many times and she was kind. All the staff members at Lake Norman were good at their jobs, but Lauren just has that something extra that puts you at ease and makes you feel like she's happy to accommodate in any way possible. The hospital and patients are blessed to have such an amazing nurse!
