Lauren is a highly skilled and competent nurse; she cares for her patients and provides education for her colleagues with confidence and compassion. One of my VAD patients referred to her as a "super nurse" and elaborated that she is quick, efficient, smart and that nothing ever phases her. She truly exemplifies professionalism and Presby Pride.
She never hesitates to go the extra mile for her patients and co-workers. I heard her say to a fellow nurse today "I'll skip lunch to help you with the VAD dressing." She is truly a pleasure to work with!
