Lauren Wooten, RN

My wife and I have never met a nurse at the VA clinic in Green Bay like Lauren C. Wooton. From the moment she called us back on the way home from the emergency room, where I found out that I had kidney stones in both kidneys, she has been amazing! Lauren was comforting and caring and listened to all our concerns. Lauren helped us get all the different appointments that I needed scheduled. When I called with questions about the pain, she was right on the phone. Then when an appointment got canceled, and she knew I was frustrated, she managed to get it scheduled for the next day. Lauren was on the ball for everything. Now, with one kidney stone done and another one waiting, she is still checking in. God bless this nurse! I actually feel like someone cares. Lauren just makes my wife and me feel good. We are happy to hear her voice.
