Lauri went above and beyond to help my father-in-law who had ALS. She made sure that all of our questions were answered at all times. Went and got the "entire" family ice cream. But more importantly she showed us such compassion and caring for our situation. She even cried with our family, as if she just went through this. This nurse is truly amazing. The care she provided for my father-in-law was extraordinary!
