Lauri helped me manage my anxiety in ways that went above her call of duties. She stayed with me, explained my meds and some of the symptoms that I may experience, and spoke with the doctor on my behalf. She helped me cross a difficult period using the fall risk protocol when it was not considered by others. The important thing was that she listened and did not judge me. Her clinical skills are exceptional. I can't say thank you enough.
