My brother, who is terrified of hospitals due to financial concerns, was admitted to 4 West. Laurie, his first nurse, was kind, respectful, and treated him with dignity and respect. She reassured us about our financial worries, offering support with compassion, which deeply touched us. Laurie's care remained excellent and compassionate throughout his stay, and I'm incredibly grateful for the comfort she provided to my brother.
