One patient's family member shared - Laurie is very compassionate. She is constantly checking to see if we need anything and explains everything in layman's terms, so it is easy to understand. She is an outstanding RN.

Miss Baxter is extraordinary. I had an unfortunate fall and was admitted for surgery to repair a fractured femur. Baxter shared compassion, understanding, and even shared a joke or two to lighten the mood. She made me feel at ease and truly cared for.
In addition to her bedside care, Laurie is recognized by her peers for serving as an excellent nurse mentor, helping guide and train new hires as they begin their nursing careers.
