Laurie has shown to be an exemplary nurse and asset to the Emergency Department. She is dependable and goes the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable. She ensures protocols are being followed and is receptive to ideas. As a charge nurse, she ensures patient safety and runs the Emergency Department smoothly. As a team leader, Laurie sets a good example to staff and will help when needed. I am proud to have Laurie be a part of the JMC Team.
