Laurie is the charge nurse in an extremely fast pace PACU,that encompasses many disciplines. She serves as liason to keep the entire team working well for the best outcome of the patient. She is always looking ahead at each individual patient needs to make sure that they are met. I have seen her pull together multiple procedures after surgery on one patient avoiding multiple anesthesia requirement.
