Laurie always encouraged me with her support and information.
I had to go to the office frequently over the last year due to multiple surgeries. Laurie was always so supportive and understanding. She assisted Dr. L with office procedures. She is always so caring and emphatic.

Laurie Knott greeted me on the first visit during my breast cancer journey. She immediately saw the fear and uncertainty in my eyes. Laurie was so caring and reassuring from the first day I entered Dr. F’s office. She held my hand and reassured me during the procedures that I had to endure to get to where I am today. She always had words of encouragement and she never left my side while I was in the office.
Laurie has a heart of gold that reflects in her nursing career. After my reconstruction, I cried happy tears that my reconstruction was coming to an end, but also that I was not going to see my “family” again. Laurie went way beyond her nursing duties to make sure I could see the light at the end of my breast cancer journey. I have been working with Laurie since I started a year ago. The amount of love, respect, care, and knowledge she has for all of her patients is amazing. She shows compassion and a kind listening ear to all of our patients from trauma to breast reconstruction to a tummy tuck.

I cannot tell you the amount of times patients have said how much the staff in the office has made a difference. How Laurie has made a difference. How their experience has been different because of how they felt trust and support. I wholeheartedly know each patient knows when they leave she genuinely wants to help and wants the best for each individual and their specific case. I'm lucky to work with her and also be able to call her a friend.

I had to do wound care for a long time and she always made sure I had the right materials to best care for myself. Laurie always had an answer to my questions. The funniest one was when I asked about if it was normal how "high" the boobs rested on me and she said, "Oh, don't worry, gravity will take care of that!" She is definitely in the right field. Her compassion is obvious in everything she does!
