Laurie has taken the time and compassion for teaching Basic EKG to this last class we attended. All this was noted with enthusiasm. She made sure everyone was confident in learning and knowing the material. Do you want someone to take care of you that thinks they know how to take care of you or knows they can take care of you? She displays this and the Mission that Mercy stands by! Thank you! I have worked with many organizations on many different levels and different avenues. This was by far the best EKG class I have been involved with. I appreciate her passion for kindness, compassion, and still loving what she does!

Today was not a good day. Laurie saved the day by helping pass pills, take people to the bathroom, and responding to our 3 rapids. I witnessed her do small tasks like help a patient with their drink to a task that is not easy, cleaning a patient up. Laurie comforted two nurses today as they cried. Laurie is the ultimate leader who talks the talk and walks the walk. Thank you, Laurie, for saving our day.
