I was admitted to Poudre Valley Hospital in November for a seizure following a head injury from a car accident. When I was admitted to the Neurology floor Laurie was my nurse. My wife and I were nervous and scared, and Laurie took the time to just chat with us and make life seem a bit more normal. She went above and beyond the call of duty to comfort us and we could not be more pleased with the outstanding care we received. It would be a joy for my wife and me to see Laurie receive the recognition she sincerely deserves.
