Laurie was so thoughtful about my mother's comfort during her recent gall bladder surgery. She explained everything and was so gentle and compassionate with any painful procedures. She was considerate of worried family members. She made sure we had chairs for each of us and answered all of our questions. She eased our minds with her confidence in the surgery team and made a difficult process much easier. What an awesome nurse.
