My Grandmother was admitted for 6 broken ribs and Laurie was absolutely amazing, going above and beyond during the overnights. She made sure my Grandmother was taken care of, from bed positioning to taking her vitals to make sure she was ok. I can't say enough about how she made us feel comfortable and that my Grandmother was in great hands. She did an amazing job. We appreciate everything all the staff did in the ICU, but Laurie stood out to us. Thank you for all your help during a difficult time.
