As a nurse myself, I arrive at the infusion center every four weeks. LW as she is known, is always respectful, smiling and very professional and personable. She does whatever it take when I'm having a bad day and she always manages to make me feel welcome, comfortable, pain-free and cheers me up. She always goes above and beyond.
