Laurin recently went above and beyond for a patient who was discharged and needed follow-up care. The patient was not from the area, however, follow-up Cardiology care was a necessity. Laurin was able to find a Physician and provide it to the patient...going above and beyond to ensure the patient would receive the care she needed post-discharge!
