I have worked with Lavanya now for 9 years. I have worked in five different hospitals and I can say that without exception, Lavanya is one of the best nurses I've had the pleasure of working with. She is exceedingly helpful, always pitching in to help her other nurses, working with families of some of the sickest patients to not only understand their infant but to console them and comfort them. She has the brightest demeanor and an eagerness that is hard to find in even the greenest nurses, and she is a veteran. She is respectful and courteous, conscientious and culturally sensitive, and overall a pleasure to work with. I would trust her with the care of not only my sickest patients but also my own children. She is a treasure and I hope to continue working with her for many more years.
