My wife had severe abdominal pain. She was 25 weeks pregnant; she was not able to sit. When I reached the hospital I asked the sister who was attending the patient. She took my wife to the treatment room, checked her vitals, and informed Dr. A. She advised USG, but there was no doctor available. Finally Sis. Laveena called many areas to arrange a scan. After the injection, we went to Rolla Hospital for a scan and came back. Our baby is safe. There was a mild abdominal infection, then the doctor gave the medicines. Next day Sis. Laveena called me and asked about my wife’s health which was really appreciated.

When I went to the clinic with a complaint of chest pain, she was in the triage area. Sis. Laveena took me to GP doctor and taken ECG. It showed a heart problem and they shifted me to the hospital by ambulance. Sis. Laveena supported and handed over to the hospital. They took me immediately CAT lab for Angioplasty, 3 block was there. Now I am ok.

We were in high tension when we visited NMC Halwan to consult with the pediatric doctor. From the point of entry itself, we met Sis. Laveena and she guided me to registration. While we waited for consultation, she guided the nurse over there to check the vitals of the baby immediately, and considering the health condition of the baby we got prioritized and it was difficult to manage the baby. She helped us to manage that difficult day.
