Laverne was called to start my new I.V. after several other nurses had attempted to do so. Wow! She got it done, and quickly. No discomfort at all - way to go, Laverne!

She also cleaned the soiled linens from the blood from the rather juicy I.V. Great job, Laverne.

Oh, yes, one more thing. She cleaned up my bathroom from when I showered this morning. She pitched in to get it all done - great job!
