In my capacity as a Manager, I have the privilege of working closely with Lavon, and it is with great enthusiasm that I endorse her for this recognition. Her dedication to patient care is exemplified by her exceptional clinical skills and deep empathy for patients and families. Furthermore, she is a true team player. Her ability to lead by example and motivate her colleagues is nothing short of inspiring. She actively seeks opportunities for professional growth, stays updated on all of our workflows and if there is a question - she can be counted on to find the answer, and she willingly shares her knowledge with her peers.
