Lawana was coming into work as I was being wheeled up to the Triage. Soon after she became my nurse and instantly was on top of everything. Lawana made me feel so calm, comfortable and trusting of her. I lost my son at this time and she was beyond helpful. Her positive spirit and uplifting attitude on top of being an outstanding Nurse. She made me feel that much better during the worst time of my life.
