December 2023 Honoree
Layla Aljasim, MSN, RN
I am the companion for a patient suffering from stomach cancer. My impression of Layla came from observing her while accompanying the patient, whether in the hospital or at the treatment center.
She is generous. Her treatment is human, professional, positive, and raises patient morale. You feel like she is a butterfly in the department. She is a comfortable leader. She works with the team, not from a position of authority, but as a successful leader, providing the highest-quality services to patients.
She was meeting the patient's needs outside her duties, such as giving a massage to the site of pain to help relieve it for her. In short, she did not fall short with my loved one.
May God reward her with Paradise, O Lord, and thank you.
