She was very nice, very attentive, and she explained everything in detail. She was always going above and beyond her call of duty, checking to see if I needed anything or if there was something she could do. She took care of all my concerns in a timely manner. Everyone was nice, they just weren't her. She is the best. She made me feel like I had family there with me at a time when my family couldn't be there. Just as I was being rolled to the elevator to be discharged I noticed someone hurrying behind us. It was LB. She told me that she thought that I was discharged the day before when she was off, but she had noticed the bag that was in the wheelchair beside me and she knew it was me. She had gone to get the bag for me a couple of days before when my daughter dropped it off because I was not allowed any visitors up on the floor. She said that she just wanted to say bye and wished me well. Her actions meant the world to me and I know God has great things in store for her because she has such a big heart.
