We visited the hospital because my toddler had hive-like rashes all over her arms, legs, and back. It was very busy but when we were able to get into a room, Lea took over as our RN. Lea was polite but tried to make light of our situation since wait times were long and we had a fussy toddler before administering the medication. She even went out of her way to get juice and applesauce for our toddler to take after the medicine. As parents, we understand how annoying it can be to have a child crying nonstop and get a little irritable but she never did. Her patience and kindness went a long way during our five-hour visit. Lastly, we forgot a pair of our toddler's favorite shoes and Lea was so kind to have them shipped back to us.
