I would like to recognize Leah, a day-shift ED RN, for the outstanding care she has provided to my husband during multiple emergency department visits. Each time she cared for him, she showed exceptional compassion, attentiveness, and professionalism.
Leah has a way of making patients and families feel genuinely cared for - she always made us feel like family. Her kindness and ability to connect on a human level brought comfort during some very difficult moments, and we are truly grateful for the consistency and heart she brought to every interaction.
