I was already familiar with Leah from a previous visit. She recognized me right away and asked if I would like a warm blanket. I think that she could see that I was very nervous. Her bedside manner was excellent; she helped me to calm down and was very gentle. Leah's gentle touch helped me to relax and be comfortable. Her excellent mode of communication during the health history made me feel thoughtful and connected. Her knowledge of my issues was thorough. She seemed to be very social with other nurses who also were really wonderful. I would like to thank Leah for her dedication to her field and devotion to me as her patient. I know she is an intelligent and caring nurse.
