There was a confused patient admitted to the floor. While trying to calm him down, Leah found out that the patient played guitar most of his life, with big names like Loretta Lynn. Leah had the amazing idea to find him a guitar to play. Since we don't have guitars around the hospital, our supervisor, Jill Igou, went home to get her guitar. She allowed the patient to play the guitar to help soothe himself and feel a bit more comfortable. This may seem like a simple gesture, but these ladies showed true Mercy compassion and ensured that this patient received exceptional service.
