I came to East Houston Regional very ill and in a tremendous amount of pain. Leah went out of her way all day to insure all of my needs were met. She treated me with empathy and kindness and I felt very well cared for. I was in a lot of pain and Leah took time out of her busy day to help me get stronger pain meds. She explained exactly what I could have and when. Leah made a very tough hospital stay just a little easier to deal with.
