May I take a few minutes to express my appreciation of the treatment I received when I underwent a procedure? Following the procedure, I was treated by Nurse Leah. It is difficult for me to find the words to express my thanks for her kind and caring treatment. I did not get the results from the procedure that I had hoped for, but just the positive way she acted, her smiles and gentle treatment made a big difference in the way I felt. My recovery was not as smooth as it could have been, and she handled these other problems with efficiency and smoothness having my dignity intact. Leah saw me safely in a Uber for my ride home and even waited with my sight-impaired daughter until her Uber arrived. Please convey to her my deepest gratitude for her caring treatment.
