Leah Richmond, RN

Leah is the definition of an amazing, selfless, kind-hearted person and nurse. She is a wonderful charge nurse. She makes sure every nurse feels comfortable, heard, and understood. She will take time out of her busy shift to talk to you if you need support. She advocates for her patients, her nurses, and the unit. She puts herself last and goes above and beyond. You can tell she has a passion for nursing and loves working on our unit. I love working with her. I cannot express how thankful I am to her for helping me grow. I know I can always count on Leah. She is the type of person I aspire to be both in nursing and in life!
