RNC Leah Rodriguez is a staff nurse on NMRTC Camp Pendleton's Labor and Delivery Unit. She was nominated by a patient with the following write-up:
"RN Leah demonstrated all of the DAISY principles. She was continuously providing and assisting with position changes and ensuring vitals and mom and baby were accurately tracked and assessed for any anomalies. Leah demonstrated great professionalism and was an obvious source of guidance and counsel for the medical officers and staff. She is truly a force multiplier and her contributions to the mission as well as the families are remarkable."
