My son had a brain tumor removed last month and we had Leah for the 5 nights we were in the PICU. She was so accommodating to my son, my husband, and myself and answered any and all questions we had perfectly. My son was also very upset that he was in the hospital and didn’t enjoy meeting most of the nurses and doctors he saw, solely because of the intense surgery he had been through, but Leah made it fun for him and never hesitated to play along with his jokes and remarks he would make. She was so sweet and creative about getting him to take his medicine- he asked to see her anytime we returned to the hospital. She even got him a donut the last night we were there. Leah made our tough stay at the hospital a little easier.
