I really appreciate the care and compassion LeAnn gave my kids and me since coming to this room. She showed me that she is great at her job by making sure I knew what was going to happen next for me. You can tell she loves her job. She showed compassion to me and my kids and made sure they were occupied while my ultrasound was being done. She charged my phone for me and fixed the TV for the kids. In our time of homelessness due to domestic violence, I really needed her kindness and patience.
