Leann is able to troubleshoot and think outside the box for the needs of the residents.
Leann has worked so hard to care for and heal the wounds of the residents here at Trinity Homes. She has brought down our acquired pressure ulcer rates and increased the quality of life in our facility. She is able to troubleshoot and think outside the box for the needs of the residents. Leann is now bringing this same dedication to the residents of Kenmare Swing Bed as well. Leann has been an amazing asset to our facility. We are lucky to have her here.
