Leann is so amazing and absolutely professional.  I was admitted to the hospital after a trip to the emergency room.  I met this nurse on the same day after the shift changed.  From the very beginning, Leann’s attitude and her caring ways said a lot about her.   

Leann showed compassion, skill, dedication, and professionalism. She made me feel grateful for taking the time to make me feel comfortable.  I know my nurse had other patients, but she always tried her best to make things better for me.  She made me feel like family!  It was just something really special about her.   
 
I greatly appreciate her service to me.  Leann went an extra mile for me each day she was here; she is my hero! 

Everyone was pleasant with me, but Leann gave me more of herself.  Whenever she told me, “I’m going to check and see what I can do for you”, she always came by with an answer for a solution. 

Leann, you are an outstanding nurse who deserves this recognition and an award!  You certainly earned it!
