Leanne works with staff to understand the expectations of their roles, as well as support Mayo's core value: The needs of the patients come first. She partners with her staff in patient care areas by being available to peers, staff, and patients. Leanne's background in various departments and roles has allowed her to share experiences and create best practice workflows for staffing, patient care, and staff mentoring and coaching. Leanne has a passion for mentoring new leaders, coaching staff who have expressed a desire to grow in their role and supporting staff who are interested in obtaining a leadership opportunity.
