I really don't know where to start except that I have not met many people who are so caring. I was very scared and she took the time to talk to me and calm me down. the first night I was there whenever I opened my eyes it seemed she was checking on me. She took the time to pat me on the arm and say things like I would get better. She took the time to ask why I took a certain medication, she said even though it's a low dose she wondered why I needed it. I think that is amazing, being so busy but taking the time to care. She always wanted to know if I needed something or help with anything. I've had several operations in the last few years and I can honestly say I have never felt so cared for. You could tell she was very tired but never once did she complain and it was refreshing to see a smile on someone's face. That in itself makes you feel better. I just hope everyone is as lucky as I was to have a wonderfully kind person like Leanne. I feel I've met a wonderful new friend. Keep up the great work. Leanne did so much for me and I don't know what to say. I left the hospital feeling relieved and not afraid. Leanne, keep that beautiful smile and brighten everyone's day. You truly are an Angel of Mercy and a great new friend.
