I would like to thank Leanne and recognize her for how helpful and kind she was during my stay. Leanne previously had the same procedure I did and was very understanding and empathetic to my pain and my feelings/needs she was timely with checks and medications as well-something I am very grateful for after having 80% of one of my organs removed. Leanne always made a point to ask me and my guests if there was anything she could do for us which meant a lot-she was sure to include my support system in my care.
Last, but certainly not least, Leanne was a good listener. She allowed me to vent and express myself without judgment, only understanding and kindness.
You may forget someone's name, but you'll never forget the way they treat you and I will never forget Leanne's compassion in what she does. She is an excellent nurse.
