Lee Ann always goes beyond what is required for her patients. She has a very personal approach when dealing with patients and families and does a lot of community outreach. She is working towards her BSN while at the same time remaining committed to her work, family obligations and grandchildren. She shows great compassion for patients struggling with addictions and is always professional and caring when dealing with family members. She is an exceptional preceptor, helping colleagues to move forward and overcome anxieties about the position. Her patience is outstanding and her devotion to job, peers and patients is inspirational. She has volunteered as a super user for several technology upgrades and she is a tireless advocate. Fairview Hospital is very lucky to have Lee Ann as part of the team.
