Lee-Ann Terrill once again has gone well above any reasonable expectation to provide compassionate, dedicated service to a patient. She took the time AFTER work to personally visit a family member of mine who had just completed a massive surgery. Lee-Ann went to her home on 2 separate occasions to help her learn invaluable education and give emotional support to a vulnerable, scared patient, who happened to be a woman she'd never even met before her visit. Her compassionate care and interest resonated incredibly deeply with the patient. It was a gesture that I will never forget, nor be able to express enough personal gratitude to do justice for this act of unselfish kindness. Her act of caring is exactly what makes THRH and its employees so special.

Lee-Ann spends a lot of time sharing her knowledge with nursing students and also is very engaged in training our newly hired staff about the importance of wound care. She is extremely willing to share her expertise in hopes to make the care even better for our patients. She is one of a kind and truly appreciated!
