Lee Anna Duplechain, MSN, RN, NPD-BC has dedicated nearly 40 years to serving patients and shaping the future of healthcare at Lake Charles Memorial Hospital. She earned her undergraduate nursing degree from McNeese State University in May 1985, later achieving her master’s degree in 2010. Certified in Nursing Professional Development (NPD-BC), Lee Anna has continually advanced her expertise in education and mentorship.
She began her career in the fast-paced environment of the ICU, where she honed her skills in critical care. In 1990, she transitioned to the Education department, channeling her passion for teaching into empowering healthcare professionals. Affectionately known as the "CPR Queen," Lee Anna has empowered countless healthcare professionals with lifesaving skills, always delivering lessons with enthusiasm and warmth.
