Lee is one of our team's resource nurse. There are times when the schedule has more cases than normal. Lee is always two steps ahead of us. She knows which modality is the busiest and ensures help is available when we need it. She jumps in and does whatever. She knows each team member's strengths and weaknesses. She works the schedule to accommodate not only the team as a whole but whatever personal situation that has arisen for each one of us. She is a mentor and a wonderful co-worker.
