I feel that LeeAnn Bunch has gone above and beyond to help me feel comfortable. I have been here seven long days. I have diverticulitis. Several days ago, my doctor was talking possibly surgery with a 50/50 chance of having a colostomy bag. I was devastated, emotional, and cried. I am an educated, professional woman with a Masters degree in Social Work. I’m visual and factual. Lee Ann was with me when the doctor told me. She spent extra time trying to help me understand. She drew pictures to help me. She told me about the educational channel and I did watch “ostomy education”. She answered more questions. I feel that I reached a point of acceptance due to the education and time she spent with me. She’s professional, sweet and took care of me. She is totally awesome and rocks.
