Leeza was always one step ahead of the situation. My son had so many orders it would make your head spin! Yet, she moved confidently through her shift, talking to him as he was awake. She kept us updated and informed of options. His room and bed were both neat. She always asked is we were ok or did we need anything. Her peaceful personality made me feel comfortable and assured my son would get the best care available.
